Meet Our Team
Meet our Leaders
With a deep-rooted history in the hospitality, adaptive reuse, mixed-use, and multi-family markets, Hitesh and Nitin bring nearly three decades of combined experience to Elevate.
Hitesh Patel
CEO/Founding Partner
Hitesh brings over two decades of invaluable experience in the architecture industry, honed through his tenure at esteemed firms specializing in multifamily, commercial, and retail design. Prior to founding ELEVATE, he worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), deepening his understanding of owners’ requirements in the dynamic hospitality market.
Growing up in Tennessee, Hitesh worked in his family’s motel, and also witnessed the development of hospitality properties firsthand through his father and uncle. It was during this time that his deep-rooted love for architecture flourished, and at thirteen, he proclaimed that he would become an architect. As he watched his family’s hotels under construction, the fascination of seeing the blue lines on paper evolve into tangible structures ignited his career trajectory. Following his graduation from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Hitesh made Atlanta his professional home.
The founding of Elevate marked a profound and fulfilling milestone for Hitesh—a full-circle moment where he had the opportunity to build an architecture firm centered around an industry that shaped his upbringing. Clients value Hitesh for his unwavering commitment to each project, his responsiveness, and his ability to collaborate effectively to deliver an elevated level of client service.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Hitesh finds solace in the company of his beloved family, friends, and his wife, Nisha. Together, they embark on exciting adventures, fueled by their shared passion for travel. As avid explorers, they aspire to set foot on all seven continents, nurturing a deep appreciation for the diverse cultures and landscapes our world offers.
Nitin Patel
Principal/Partner
Nitin brings a wealth of diverse experience to ELEVATE, accumulated over eight years of working across various firms specializing in multifamily, retail, commercial, and hospitality projects. This extensive background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the development process, enabling him to optimize client budgets while upholding unwavering design excellence.
Nitin’s early exposure to the world of hotel management and development, within a family deeply involved in the industry, served as a catalyst for his architectural aspirations. Even during his spare time, he immersed himself in constructing miniature hotels using playing cards and building blocks. Fueling his passion further, Nitin pursued a Master’s degree in Architecture, with a dedicated focus on Hospitality Design, from UNLV. Following his academic achievements, Nitin returned to the East Coast, kickstarting his professional journey in Atlanta.
Nitin’s impressive portfolio encompasses a wide range of notable projects, including complex urban mixed-use developments, hotels, multifamily residences, and high-rise structures. His expertise in these areas attests to his ability to navigate intricate architectural challenges with finesse and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
During his leisure time, Nitin finds joy in creating memories alongside his wife, Puja, and their two children.

“I grew up constantly building, crafting, and rearranging spaces around me. But the real clarity came when I realized architecture allowed me to combine creativity with impact. It wasn’t just about drawing; it was about designing systems, environments, and experiences. Once I understood that architecture could sit at the intersection of art, culture, and community, it felt less like a decision and more like a direction I had already been moving toward.”

“Architecture has the power to tell stories through texture, light, sound, and spatial rhythm. Much like music, great design creates harmony, evokes emotion, and shapes how we experience the world. I’m inspired by the way architecture, like well-composed music, can resonate deeply and leave a lasting impression.
