This project features a custom 123-key Residence Inn by Marriott located on a 1.37-acre site off Shipyard Way in St. Augustine. Designed to blend brand consistency with a site-specific approach, the four-story hotel offers a modern, extended-stay experience tailored to both leisure and business travelers.

The building consists of three stories of wood-frame construction over a concrete podium. The ground floor will feature a welcoming lobby, thoughtfully designed public spaces, and back-of-house operations, complemented by an outdoor pool amenity that enhances the guest experience that overlooks the San Sebastian River.
