8+ Years Experience – The Project Manager will lead and manage architectural projects, overseeing the design process and ensuring its alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. They will collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, clients, and city jurisdictions to deliver high-quality architectural solutions within specified timelines and budgets.  Candidates should be able to manage and mentor teams between 4-6 people..

5-8 Years Experience – The Project Architect/Project Lead will work directly with the Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design stages to final construction. They will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project completion within budget and schedule constraints.  Candidates should be able to delegate tasks to Project Coordinators and understand the requirements to complete specific tasks for each architectural phase.

0-5 Years Experience – The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects. They will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Architect/Project Lead to ensure seamless project flow, manage tasks received from senior team members, and learn effective documentation techniques.  Candidates should be willing to effectively receive and follow direction from team members in order to drive project success.
