At ground level, shared public spaces and back-of-house operations are anchored by guest-focused amenities including an outdoor pool and dedicated meeting space, enhancing the property’s appeal to corporate groups, extended-stay guests, and regional visitors.

While rooted in the standards of Hilton Worldwide, the project distinguishes itself through a custom-designed exterior featuring brick masonry, creating a timeless architectural expression that elevates the property beyond a standard prototype. The refined façade reinforces brand identity while responding to the character of the surrounding community.

Surface parking is thoughtfully integrated across the site to provide convenient access and a welcoming arrival experience.
