The dual-branded Hampton Inn & Home2 Suites is a 17-story, 214-room hotel located within Nashville’s River North District, part of the 550-acre redevelopment of the city’s East Bank. Situated along Cowan Street, the project contributes to the continued transformation of one of Nashville’s most significant emerging urban districts.

The high-rise hotel combines two Hilton brands within a single development, offering a mix of traditional and extended-stay accommodations. The project includes 90 on-site valet parking spaces, along with guest amenities such as a fitness center, guest laundry, breakfast and dining areas, lobby lounge, market, and outdoor terrace.

Designed to maximize a compact urban site, the hotel incorporates parking and building support functions within the lower levels, with shared guest amenities and public spaces creating a transition to the hotel guestrooms above. The project also introduces a large green roof as part of the overall sustainable design strategy, helping to mitigate stormwater runoff within the urban site.
